Drake and Rai are doing their absolute best to handle the chaos agent among them, and Fox isn't even in the room at the moment! Bethany hitting them with the kittens lack of filter. Drawing characters like this, Bethany in particular, really drives home how much I struggle with consistency. That and my sort of... Drift to the mean. Like, character and body type that starts looking all the same... Im trying! That said, they're all a lot of fun to draw and I'm glad that I'm finally going to get through this punchline. I think I've got the darkness in check, which is good, 'cause it just wouldn't let me go without telling. lol

DRAKE
Hi miss Medova, It’s Drake... yeah, from the bar.

Rai addressing Bethany with sympathy. Bethany looking chastised. Drake on the phone.
RAI
We’ve talked about this, kitten. You shouldn’t be coming here. Especially not on your own.
DRAKE
No ma’am. I’m fairly certain she is not playing out back. I’m looking at her right now.
PANEL
Drake still on the phone, Rai looking incredulous (or sighing, rubbing his muzzle/temples?), Bethany imploring again.
BETHANY
Maybe I could work here!?
RAI
What?
DRAKE
Ok, see you soon.
BETHANY
Yeah! Father says I’m the only useful child he has!
RAI
Oh, no.
