Tristan is checking tickets as patrons enter the theater.
TRISTAN

Can I scan your tickets?
CUSTOMER
What?
TRISTAN

Your tickets.
PANEL
Patron now looking annoyed. ??? is confused.
CUSTOMER
Why?
TRISTAN

For the movie?
CUSTOMER
No thanks. I’m not interested.
TRISTAN
In the movie?

PANEL
Patron frustrated swinging a ticket around. Tristan recoiling. Somebody else leaning in to panel to scan the ticket with a little “bing.”
CUSTOMER
I already bought a ticket!
TRISTAN
And we just need to scan it!

PANEL
Patron in the foreground, talking to their companion, looking grumpy. Tristan and ??? In the background watching, confused.
CUSTOMER
What was that all about?
CUSTOMER
Who knows.

What For

Tristian's still settling into the rhythms of the theater. Fortunately he's got old paws like Hannah around to her him out. 

Yet another "this really happens" comic... Curiously, both back when I worked at the movie theater AND in my current job. It seems that people, even when they do buy their ticket, are strangely unwilling to show them off.
