Ok, so if you dig through the archive you might come up with a slightly different number, but trust me, this is the 404'th comic.
That's the joke.
Oh yeah, and kept it up through 4-04.
I like tracing this edge of playfully sexual without necessarily dipping into "OMG teh pr0n!" but remembering that this is, in the end, a thing of somewhat adult sensibilities.
Or maybe I'm just thinking about this too much... I'm probably thinking about this too much.
