Once agin I can't help but touch on some of the issues of an anthropomorphic society and a difference in sensory interactions. There's a reason there are showers at the theater and the mall! Some folks are just a bit more sensitive, and some folks are a bit more... fragrant.
This is also a bit of a... Long walk recall on Cid starting out a bit less sensitive about Kitty, when she first showed up. I think that him putting in the effort to help out Fay and Ed is notable, in that context.
